From October 26 through November 8, we're celebrating Día de los Muertos with a special menu rooted in the flavors and traditions of Mexico, and an ofrenda (altar) honoring two people whose legacies have left their mark in very different ways: our beloved Chef Steven Chin and Mexican cultural icon Roberto Gómez Bolaños.
This year, a little piece of Steven returns to the menu with Combination #2, his take on classic kung pao chicken with spicy chiles, vegetables, peanuts, kung pao sauce, and steamed rice.
At the bar, raise a glass with Love Never Dies, Welcome Home, or a classic Batanga as we come to remember and celebrate those no longer with us.
