For tequila lovers, our Bandera Flight offers a tasting of Chef José Andrés' signature Salt Air, Pomegranate Salt Air, and Ron Cooper margaritas, while our 400 Conejos Mezcal Flight is the perfect option for mezcal enthusiasts.
Chef Carlos Cruz-Santos and his team have created a special springtime menu to complement the agave spirits. A must-try pairing: seared Queso a la Plancha with the Piña Poblano cocktail.
