Experience this year's Día de los Muertos menu, rich with flavor and culture to represent the culinary talents of our honoree, and dear friend, Diana Kennedy. Her life's work as cook book author and culinary anthropologist made traditional Mexican cooking approachable to home chefs across the globe.

Highlights of this exclusive menu include Mole de Olla, a savory oxtail and beef shank stew, and two savory tamales: Tamal de Comote made with sweet potato masa, and Tamal De Pato con Mole Negro filled with slow roasted duck. And save room for dessert! Head Chef Carlos created the La Calavera sugar skull dessert that is unlike anything you've ever tasted before.
