Enjoy a signature Mezcal Flight showcasing three distinct mezcals all made from one agave variety: Espadín. Our festival specials, like the Sikil P’ak, a Mayan pumpkin seed salsa, and Taco Flor de Jamaica with hibiscus flowers and pineapple salsa, will have optional agave pairing to elevate the experience. ¡Salud!
