Celebrate Mexican Independence Day

a group of stuffed animals sitting on top of a wooden table

Every year, China Poblano celebrates Mexico’s independence from Spain with our twists on holiday favorites. We’re keeping the celebration going all weekend long in Las Vegas with a variety of specials, including the traditional Chile en Nogada, rich Pozole Rojo, and spicy Camarones a la Diabla. Don’t forget to add the Margarita Bandera flight! Each cocktail represents a color of the Mexican Flag.

¡Viva Mexico!
