Head Chef Carlos Cruz and Executive Sous Chef Steven Aung collaborated on our first Secret Burger creation: Bao Bao Baby. The dish is an elevated take on the classic Chinese Gua Bao. Our version features braised ibérico pork belly, peanut and cilantro crumble, quail eggs, sea urchin, and pickled micro-vegetables served on a housemade crispy bao bun. Pairs perfectly with a cold Tsingtao!
